We’re experts in strength and conditioning training, boxing, nutrition, injury prevention and rehabilitation and we have extensive experience in dealing with clients from a wide range of sports including runners, triathletes, footballers, rugby players and many more. We take the time to understand where you are now and what you want to achieve so we can deliver a training plan tailored to meet your goals.

Jordan Griffith
"Founder and Head Coach"
Jordan brings 13 years personal training experience with the past 10 spent shaping his reputation as a standout PT in the Barnes area. Jordan has several years as a semi professional boxer under his belt and nowadays channels his energy into events such as CrossFit, Hyrox and Spartan as well as competing in a number of Duathlons. Whether your goal is to climb Everest, Build your strength, run a 5k or even just to keep up with your kids or grandkids, Jordan is passionate about building his clients a tailored programme, with motivational goals and a clear plan that will deliver their desired outcome whilst building new skills, knowledge and confidence along the way.
Stina Eriksson
"Personal Trainer"
Stina brings over a decade of personal training and has been with Ignite Fitness for over a year now. As a mother of two she has experienced aches and pains and recovery. Mobility, Strength, Running, Boxing and Knitting are all part of her skillset. Whatever your fitness goal or if you are new to training, Stina is devoted to helping you find your potential, confidence, body awareness and most importantly to enjoying and celebrating the process with you. Stina strives to find new challenges and push her own boundaries, she is currently training for a half marathon and a Spartan race and trying new things like Ceroc dancing.
Andy Patrick

Andy has been helping people move and feel better for over a decade in many different settings and through a variety of platforms. His eye for detail and understanding of the human body make training with Andy hugely effective whatever your goals. He is always looking to develop new skills to help his clients and over the last few years has added Pilates and Mobility training to his repertoire. Having been through his own transformation from addiction to recovery, Andy knows that real change is possible for anyone and he is passionate about helping others on their journey to reach their goals.
